About

I started to take interest in spiritual and phenomenological topics from an early age. At this point, I’ve been practicing meditation and contemplative practices for over 25 years and have been “teaching” meditation to a very broad variety of people for over 15 years. Instead of viewing myself as a “meditation teacher” (true meditation cannot be taught but only discovered), I view myself rather as a facilitator/introducer/helper and guide. My basic approach to meditation comes from what is generally referred to as “Advaita Vedanta” or “Non-Duality.”

I was blessed to have worked with wonderful and great teachers who I’ve mentioned below. While all of them continue to have a profound impact on me, my own path merged into a path of direct experience and investigation of Self.

In my own narrative, I distinguish between the self, which represents all that is non-permanent, and the Self, which represents my True Self—that which never changes.

In my personal work, the focus of my own direct experience has become the essence of my path.

Important TeacherS

Those who have influenced me the most are Sergiu Celibidache, Ramesh Balsekar, Francis Lucille, Phyllis Krystal, and Rupert Spira. That said, my students have been my greatest teachers as they’ve enabled me to understand myself and life overall.
